Exhibit at the 2026 CPIAP Symposium on Pressure Injuries

Booking will be opening soon for exhibitors at the 2026 CPIAP Symposium on Pressure Injuries, taking place on November 26–27, 2026 in Calgary, Alberta.

Exhibit space is limited, and we encourage organizations interested in showcasing products, services, research, technologies, and innovations related to pressure injury prevention and management to complete the interest form below.

​

Throughout November 26, 2026, exhibitors will have dedicated networking and exhibit opportunities to connect with approximately 100–125 on-site healthcare administrators, clinicians, researchers, educators, industry leaders, caregivers, and persons with lived experience. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your organization's commitment to improving pressure injury prevention, treatment, education, and patient outcomes across Canada.

Exhibitor Package

Investment: $3,000 CAD

Each exhibitor package includes:

  • One 10-foot-wide exhibit space

  • One 6-foot draped exhibit table with linen

  • Two chairs

  • Ice water and glasses

  • Standard venue Wi-Fi access

  • Access to wall electrical outlets

  • Two complimentary exhibitor representative registrations

  • Online Exhibitor Profile

  • Access to all symposium presentations while on site

  • Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and networking events included for registered exhibitor representatives

Organizations requiring a larger footprint may purchase an additional package to secure a double-wide exhibit space.

​

Additional power requirements, power bars, audiovisual equipment, or specialty services will be available through the venue's official audiovisual provider, Encore.

Online Exhibitor Profile

Exhibitors will receive a dedicated profile on the Symposium website at www.cpiap.com/2026-conference, including:

  • Company logo

  • Company description

  • Contact information

  • Up to three downloadable digital handouts, brochures, resources, or website links

CPIAP will coordinate directly with your team to create and publish your online exhibitor profile prior to the event. No login, portal management, or website updates are required from your team—we will handle the setup for you.

Attendee Contact Information

Post-event, exhibitors will receive access to attendee contact information for individuals who choose to opt in to exhibitor communications. Shared information may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Job title

  • Organization/workplace

  • City and province

 

This information may only be used for professional follow-up and communication related to products, services, education, and resources relevant to symposium participants.

Move-In and Move-Out

  • Move-In: Early morning on Thursday, November 26, 2026
  • Move-Out: Following the final exhibitor session on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (approximately 3:30 PM)

 

The final educational program, exhibit schedule, and Exhibitor Guide will be released in the coming month or so.
