Exhibit at the 2026 CPIAP Symposium on Pressure Injuries

Exhibitor and sponsorship booking is now open for the 2026 CPIAP Symposium on Pressure Injuries, taking place November 26–27, 2026 in Calgary, Alberta.

​

Exhibit space is limited, and organizations are encouraged to reserve their space early to showcase products, services, research, technologies, and innovations that support pressure injury prevention and management.

​

The full educational program will be announced soon. In the meantime, exhibitors can look forward to a minimum of three hours of dedicated exhibit and networking time on Thursday, November 26, including:

  • Two (2) dedicated one-hour exhibit hall networking breaks.

  • One (1) one-hour lunch period designed to encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall.

 

There are no exhibit hall hours scheduled on Friday, November 27, allowing exhibitors to dismantle and move out following the final networking session on Thursday late afternoon.

With an anticipated 100–125 in-person attendees, the Symposium offers an excellent opportunity to connect with healthcare administrators, clinicians, researchers, educators, industry leaders, caregivers, students, and persons with lived experience from across Canada while demonstrating your organization's commitment to improving pressure injury prevention, education, treatment, and patient outcomes.

Move-In and Move-Out

  • Move-In: Early morning on Thursday, November 26, 2026
  • Move-Out: Following the final exhibitor session on Thursday, November 26, 2026 (approximately 3:30 PM)

 

The final educational program, exhibit schedule will be released in the coming month or so.

Layout & Location

The Symposium's plenary sessions will be held in the Wildrose Centre and Wildrose South rooms, with the exhibit hall located immediately adjacent in the Wildrose North room.

 

This convenient layout is designed to maximize attendee traffic through the exhibit hall during scheduled networking breaks and lunch.
