Biography

Jeremy is Registered Nurse and NSWOC, with a Masters of Clinical Science in Wound Healing from Western University. His clinical experience in Northwestern Ontario primarily focuses on Diabetes Management and Limb Preservation both from an acute care setting and in the community. Jeremy has dedicated his career to advocating for equitable access to Wound, Ostomy and Continence care and resources for the Indigenous communities in his geography. Some of the experience Jeremy comes with includes teaching and capacity building, project management and implementation of digital tools, leadership and research having been involved in Wound Bed Preparation for Under resourced areas, Project ECHO: Ontario Skin and Wound as well as the new Indigenous ECHO, as well as Limb Preservation framework development and demonstration across Ontario.
