Shannon started her career as a Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse in 2000 at Vancouver Hospital. She was the Vancouver Coastal Health’s Clinical Lead for Pixalere Electronic Wound Management System and for many years the Provincial Nursing Skin & Wound Committee Chair. She is now the British Columbia Provincial Professional Practice Stream Lead – Wound Ostomy Continence.
