Dr. Laura Teague

Laura Teague is a Nurse Practitioner and is the clinical and academic lead for wound care for the Sinai Health System in Toronto, Ontario. Since 1994, Laura has worked in various leadership roles with a focus on wound prevention and treatment . Laura has been on every Wound BPG panel and has lead conferences in wound care over the past 2 decades. She was the founding president of the Ontario Woundcare Interest Group and the co-chair of HQO health quality statements for pressure injuries, leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers. Laura has completed her PhD at McMaster University, In Hamilton, Ontario.
